Artist Programs Manager – Arizona Commission on the Arts
The Arizona Commission on the Arts provides a wealth of programs supporting the work of individual artists practicing in diverse creative disciplines across Arizona. The Artist Programs Manager provides thought leadership, conceptual and managerial oversight related to these programs. Specific programs, services, grants, partnerships, and strategic initiatives under the purview of the Artist Programs Manager include but are not limited to: artist professional development programming, project management for the AZ ArtWorker initiative, the Artist Research and Development grant program, and engagement with international, national, state, regional and community-level arts networks. Marketing and Communications Coordinator – Arts Division at Pima Community College
This position performs a variety of duties in producing newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and marketing and promotional materials in print and online for the Arts Division at Pima Community College. Duties may include, but are not limited to: researching and developing story ideas; conducting interviews; writing and editing content, speeches or presentations; taking digital photographs and videos; developing layout using appropriate computer software; proofreading various College communications; writing and/or editing press releases; interacting with a variety of College/campus personnel, particularly to assist with campus needs for marketing and public information; assisting in formulating surveys of internal and external customer satisfaction for the Marketing department; assisting in the planning, development and implementation of marketing goals for the Arts Division; assisting with various marketing activities including advertising, distribution and strategy planning; providing technical assistance for the Arts Division office and the Center for the Arts; and answering questions and referring to appropriate staff as necessary.
