7th Annual Plein Air Painting Competition – The City of Casa Grande’s Arts & Humanities Commission

The City of Casa Grande’s Arts & Humanities Commission will be hosting the 7th Annual Plein Air Painting Competition. Plein Air Painting is a painting technique that uses oil, watercolor, acrylic, or pastel paint to execute real life paintings of outdoors, as opposed to photographs in a studio.
