Explore myriad ways the arts contribute to Southern Arizona’s cultural heritage.

Southern Arizona is a region where it is difficult to not experience the arts. On any given date, day or night, locals and visitors alike can enjoy live performances, exhibition openings, open-air concerts, film, and poetry readings. Walk down neighborhood streets or districts in town, and you will find the arts permeating the surrounding landscape through murals, sculpture, or creative design and architecture. Ours is a region rooted deep in artistic history, a history directly influenced by indigenous cultures and its desert landscape: we live it, we make it, and we learn from it every day.
