Infinite Designs by Cathy Flesher
I began my journey as an artist and handmade jewelry designer in the early 2000s bringing travel and nature-inspired designs and innovative teaching perspective to Tucson, my home since 2016. In 2019, I was featured as an emerging new artist by Voyage Phoenix magazine and my step-by-step articles on making precious metal clay feather earrings and custom jewelry bezels were published in the 2019-2020 Winter Edition and 2020 Spring Edition of Metal Clay Today.
My jewelry utilizes self-taught expertise across a broad array of areas, including metal clay, beadwork, wirework, hand knotting, stone setting, soldering, enameling, and glass. I also teach beginning to advanced jewelry-making workshops both online and in-person from my home studio. For the past three years, my focus has been on innovation with metal clay and I'm a PMC-Certified Principal Instructor from Sawtooth School For Visual Art in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
