To address the Mayor and Council:
- Complete a speakers card and deposit it in the tray on the podium. When you are called upon, say your name and address first and then proceed with your presentation. Presentations are limited to three-minutes.
- Submit written comments to the Mayor and Council (via the City Clerk) prior to and during the meeting.
