About the Artist

Gal Gallop is an interstellar equine surrealist whose work investigates the liminal terrain between cosmic consciousness and cowboy mythology. Drawing on firsthand contact with the Horse Nebula Resistance (a faction of alien riders preserving galactic gallop culture) Gal fuses celestial folklore with frontier iconography in a practice that is equal parts sculpture, signal art, and saddlecraft.

About The Event

Interactive Installations — including the Alien Bridle Wall, where you can decode symbols burned into vintage tack.

The Galactic Pony Customization Station, where you'll craft your own mini alien-steed to take home.

Live Demonstrations of The Initiation of the Astro-Steed, an epic performance of ritual tack-dressing and dimensional grooming.

Original Works for Sale, from hoofprint constellations to hand-stitched wormhole saddlebags.

Cosmic Punch & Haystack Snacks — refreshment for the terrestrial traveler.

In this ritual performance, Gal Gallop prepares a chosen horse (real or sculptural) for intergalactic travel. Witness the sacred anointing with glitter salve, the donning of ceremonial saddle armor (crafted from repurposed kitchen colanders and LED rope lights), and the ancient ‘Spiraling Bridle Chant’—a spoken-word poem in Equi-Telepathic Tongue. The demonstration culminates in the installation of the Cosmic Stirrup Relic, unlocking the final dimension of the horse-human-alien bond.

Audience members may be invited to touch the meteorite bit or offer a sugar cube to the steed in exchange for a transmission.
