About the Artist
Shannon Haggerty worked with her parents, Mike & Mimi Haggerty, at their Piney Hollow store on Fourth Avenue for over 30 years. After the store closed, Shannon started her own beading business, Shantu World Beads, in 2008. She specializes in creative bead design, custom work, class instruction, as well as masterful repair of fine jewelry and other beaded items.
