About the Artist
Meredith is a lifelong artist. Her talent was recognized in grade school, where she enjoyed creative writing and painting murals for school productions and theater performances. She furthered her artistic interests in college, where she attended the Wimbledon School of Art in London, England and subsequently earned bachelors degrees in Studio Art and Art History from the University of Arizona in Tucson. After college, she found employment as an art conservation specialist and art teacher. She has won numerous awards for her work in pastel, landscape painting and abstract painting. She has spoken publicly about her work and life as an artist. She has served on the boards of several nonprofit arts organizations, given workshops and taught numerous classes.Currently, she enjoys meeting new people and continuing her artistic interests in the studio and beyond.
