About the Process
I am an oil painter that primarily uses brushes, a palette knife and any other tools that help me to create the look I am trying to capture. I listen to music that reflects the subject that I am working on at the time and my studio space is essential for me to escape into my painting zone. I am influenced by other accomplished artists, my weekly painting group keeps me inspired, I have a monthly video group that provides a lesson and critiques, as I try to attend a workshop from an admired artists at least twice a year.
