Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona is Hiring for Three Key Positions This Spring 

TUCSON, AZ — The Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona is excited to announce three new job openings this spring, welcoming passionate and creative professionals to join its team in advancing arts and culture across the region. 

Now hiring for the following full-time positions: 

Communications Manager 

Lead the storytelling, media strategy, and branding efforts that amplify the impact of the arts in Southern Arizona. This role is perfect for a creative professional with strong writing and design skills who is passionate about community engagement and equity. 
Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 + benefits 

Administrative Assistant 

Play a key role in supporting the CEO and Arts Foundation Board, while managing office operations and assisting with special projects. We’re seeking a highly organized professional who thrives in collaborative, mission-driven environments. 
Hourly Rate: $22–$25/hour + benefits 

Grants and Programs Coordinator 

Support artists and organizations through grantmaking, community programs, and professional development opportunities. Ideal for someone with experience in nonprofit arts administration, grant management, and a deep commitment to inclusion and accessibility. 
Hourly Rate: $20–$22/hour + benefits 

All positions are based in Tucson at the Arts Foundation’s office (525 N. Bonita Avenue), with some remote flexibility. Travel throughout Southern Arizona is required.
