National Poetry Month – April 2019

In March, we asked our Instagram followers to submit a poem for National Poetry Month.

We are closing out the month of April with two of those poems.

Sand
Need to feel your reality
in the palms of my hands,
My grasp.
Slips like sand.
Nothing in this world ever lasts.
Ironically,
The most organic of things
Have the lasting impact.
