Gastronomy Tucson: Documenting Our Food Culture

Gastronomy Tucson: Documenting Our Food Culture invites artists to explore and interpret the stories, people, crops, and traditions that define Tucson’s internationally recognized food heritage. Through onsite experiences with farms, gardens, markets, chefs, and community partners, artists will create work that captures the region’s resilience, sustainability, and cultural identity. Selected works will be exhibited from September 2026 through January 2027, with submissions due August 15, 2026.
