Pima County, in partnership with the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance (SAACA), is seeking artists or artist teams to create site-specific public art for the Valencia Road Corridor improvement project. This $207,692 commission will fund multiple freestanding installations along an expanded roadway between Mission Road and Camino de la Tierra in Tucson, Arizona. The artwork should reflect the region’s cultural and historical significance while being durable and low-maintenance for outdoor conditions. Applications are due by April 11, 2025, via CaFÉ.
