Spanning the 6th Avenue overpass of Interstate 10, artists Alex Garza and Joshua Sarantitis illustrate symbolic illustrations of Cesar Chavez' life. Steel luminarias act as columns between the art panels and ceramic tile decorates the foundation of the art fence. In Spanish and English, quotes from the great labor leader are written on the ceramic tile.
