I have been photographing the landscape for over 30 years. I started photographing using film and then moved into digital photography. In 2004, I began photographing the Northern California coast. In the summer of 2016, after moving back to Tucson, I began shooting the Sonoran Desert.
I love photographing the landscape. It makes me happy to explore and learn about nature through my lens.
I live in a casita adjacent to the Tucson Racquet Club with my partner, Arlene Eisen, two cats and a dog (Spike, Buffy and Lucy).

I photograph the landscape. I shoot using a Canon PowerShot SX40, a Sony Nex-6, and/or a Sony Alpha 6400. Shooting the photo is just the beginning of my process. When I am back in my digital studio, I upload the photos of the day and choose the ones that I am most excited about. Then, my creative process kicks in. I use textures, brush tools and blending modes in Photoshop and filters and effects in Topaz to enhance the original photo. I am looking to create a more artistic expression of the landscape image.
I hope that you enjoy the results of my play!
