About the Artist
I began as a silversmith about 5 years ago. I've had an affinity for jewelry and design for as long as I can remember and have vivid memories of going through my grandmother's jewelry box where everything was part of a matched set with complimentary bags and shoes. Vintage jewelry really has my heart and I love taking pieces apart to repurpose and modernize them, and avoid waste! I hand fabricate everything I make often letting the gems and stones I work with dictate design. Nearly all of my work is one of a kind. About the Process
I am Lenor Glover, the creator behind Camino Lenor and a second generation Tucsonan. I began as a silversmith and learned to create one of a kind pieces inspired by the natural beauty of gems and stones I hand pick. My work is nearly all one of a kind and I strive to create pieces with unexpected combinations, like a matte stone paired with a gemmy one, smooth texture complimenting rough and tiny stones mixed with larger metal components. I have an affinity for vintage and antique jewelry and love to repurpose elements to create unique, wearable art.
