We’re excited to welcome Paty Medina as the new Administrative Assistant at the Arts Foundation!
Paty brings over a decade of experience in administrative and human resources roles in both Mexico and the United States. Most recently, she served as Administrative Assistant at YWCA of Southern Arizona, and before that, as HR & Administrative Coordinator at Martinez Gonzalez y Cia. LLC in Nogales, AZ, where she honed her skills in front desk operations, high-level administrative support, and human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management.
Recognized for her proactive approach, organizational skills, and solutions-driven mindset, Paty has managed everything from bookkeeping and vendor coordination to financial reporting, all while ensuring exceptional service for both internal teams and external partners.
Outside of her professional work, Paty has a creative side that shines through her love of crafts, especially in card making for special occasions.
She is also committed to continuous learning. She has earned certificates in Spanish/English Business Translation and Spanish/English Medical Translation from the University of Arizona’s Continuing and Professional Education program, and is about to complete her Spanish/English Legal Translation certificate.
