The El Paso Greenway Project is the most recent public art installation facilitated by the Arts Foundation. In the spirit of public art, it was an exceptional collaboration between artist Jason Butler, Pima County Wastewater Management, and the communities of Barrio Viejo, Barrio Santa Rosa, and Barrio Libre.
