About the Artist

I'm Mariana de la Vega, a Speaker, certified HeartMath Coach, Comprehensive Wellness Coach, Specialist in Expressive Arts, and the owner of the De La Vega Art Gallery in Tucson. My mission is to enrich lives by fostering healing, resilience, and empowerment through the transformative power of the arts. For more than three decades, I have dedicated my work to helping individuals and organizations discover creative pathways to growth and well-being.

Through personalized coaching sessions, dynamic workshops, and tailored programs—both for individuals and groups—I integrate Expressive Arts with proven HeartMath tools. My approach is practical, interactive, and results-driven, designed to support inner healing, resilience building, and lasting personal transformation. It has been a privilege to collaborate with diverse organizations around the world, all committed to holistic wellness and creative growth.

Being an artist, and meeting many local artists as part of my coaching, I realized I need a second outlet - a gallery space where I could invite other artists to show their work, and as a team we could work together to share our creativity with the community.

Looking ahead, the de la Vega Gallery is embracing an exciting new direction for the 2025–2026 season.
