I paint in response to my environment. I take photo-field trips using my cell phone. I use acrylic, watercolor, and colored pencil. My work is an extension of my inner dream world. Through art I speak my truth.

About Kimberli Eddins
My curiosity and love of nature and it's beauty fill me with passion and the need to drink it up. I express my self using acrylic paint on canvas, with color pencils and gel pens on black paper, or watercolor. I use the photos I take with my cell phone. Sometimes, I render the subject realistically. On other occasions, I use the images I photograph as a jumping off point. The art becomes an extension of my inner dream world.
I love creating art! I feel present to my highest self. There are no mistakes only opportunities: freedom to be myself and walk in my truth. Art is my healing, meditation and my prayer, a way to be safely in this world. Kimberli Eddins

Accompanying Text to Painting: Heroine sees the beauty of humanity’s work. The garden is divided, fenced, and sectioned into little parts. Plants are in related groups tho not touching. The bees are a bit confused and adapt to the rearrangement.

Accompanying Text to Painting: Heroine asks to join the large agave, cacti, and others. The make room for her and enjoy the shade provided. Heroine becomes restless within the restrictive garden and landscaping. Heroine moves on.
