This artpiece is a shadowbox microcosm of Reid Park Zoo located in the Entry Area of the Zoo. It is 11’ high, 30’ long, and 28” deep. The artpiece contains three boxes shaped like the letters Z, O and O. Within these letters, the artpiece contains two dimensional depictions of most of the most popular animals in the zoo. Indirect lighting creates a sense of depth and self-containment.
