Fish Cactus
My concept is an ocean in the desert, and bringing the sea creatures of our nearby Sonoran Sea into the dry desert for families, children, and adults to enjoy. The saguaro cactus as a home for the sea creatures is used to show our love of Tucson.

Hirotsune Tashima's 'Fish Ocean' depicts ocean life swimming about a saguaro. Made entirely from ceramic and clay, Tashima depicts sea animals such as otters, sharks, and schools of fish around the iconic desert symbol.
