THE ARTS FOUNDATION IS RELOCATING TO THE WESTSIDE AS TENANTS OF THE YWCA

TUCSON, AZ, September 9, 2021 – The Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona is on the move. As of September 2021, the Arts Foundation will relocate its headquarters to Tucson’s Westside as tenants of the YWCA’s Main Campus at 525 N. Bonita Avenue; from their previous Downtown Tucson location at the Historic Brings Building, Brings Coworking space. When the opportunity arose to make the move, Executive Director Adriana Gallego and the Arts Foundation team welcomed the opportunity to join the collaborative space that the YWCA has to offer. “We are especially inspired to work in close proximity to such an incredible team of innovators and thinkers that lead with equity and ethics,” expressed Gallego.

YWCA’s Frances McClelland Community Center was built in 2007 and has become a hub for community members, businesses, and educational groups. “We’re so excited to welcome the Arts Foundation to our building at YWCA Southern Arizona. We are big fans of the work the Arts Foundation does, including all of their admirable efforts to make arts funding more equitable, and we’re looking forward to the opportunities this will open up for collaboration between our organizations,” said Lara Ruggles, Director of Development & Marketing, YWCA Southern Arizona.

Once they are all moved in, the Arts Foundation team will implement a hybrid schedule of working from home and from their new office location, while keeping in mind evolving health guidelines and protocols for safety.

New Address: 525 N. Bonita Avenue, Tucson, Arizona 85745
