Tucson World War II Memorial
The artists inspiration was to create a vernacular and traditional structure to honor the young men who died in WWII from Tucson, and to provide a place for the community to gather to honor all WWII Tucson Veterans. The setting within historical Armory Park allowed for a sculptural wall and comprehensive gathering site, including the courtyard and seating designed by the artists.
