Em Gilliam

Em Gilliam is an author and illustrator of picture books for children.
About Em Gilliam

At the core of my creative practice is the curiosity that children so naturally embody. I write and illustrate contemporary stories that support and sustain growth through page-turning wonder and a dash of dry wit. I approach my work through the eyes of my inner four-year-old—with energy, whimsy, big emotions, and a winking-but-unwavering trust in young readers and their grown-ups.
