Composed of geometric shapes including aluminum beams and boxes, steel, and red-painted wood segments, artist Robert Tobias worked to create a sculpture along the curved wall behind a shallow fountain basin in a spatial composition. The sculpture extends over and down the back of the wall to a planter flanking steps leading down to street level.
