About Jesse Bourque
I am a native Tucsonan whose paintings are driven by a passion for western landscapes and experiences. I am mostly self-taught but am influenced by artists like Josh Elliott, Bill Cramer and Gregory Hull. While hiking, hunting, camping or rafting, I am constantly observing the changes in color and light as the day unfolds. This amplifies the experience and pleasure of my time in the outdoors and greatly inspires my paintings.
